My story
I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 27.
I got through the chemotherapy, surgeries and radiation, all while I continued to pour into my career.
Somehow it was easier to focus on work, than my reality.
Just four months after our miracle baby was born, the cancer returned in my body, now metastatic.
Suddenly, I was faced with the grim statistics that left me hoping and praying
I would live long enough to see my baby start Kindergarten.
All the while, I continued to juggle what I thought I was supposed to in life:
my family, my career, and now treatment of metastatic breast cancer.
Needless to say I was left with no time for me.
Finally, I started living again.
I realized, even through all of these hard times in my life, I did have a choice.
I could choose how I approached each day.
It started with super small changes, but it was those tiny actions every day
that helped me start designing the life I wanted to be living.
Now I live with intention, passion, and on a path that I know is right for me.
I couldn't be more excited to be serving and inspiring others so that they can heal and grow.
