Keeping it Real
Keeping it Real:

I share a lot about wins and what's been working for me.

To be honest though, November has been a TOUGH start. I got knocked down hard from illness.  Like, days of sleeping 18 of 24 hours.  😳

I've been reminded that things don't always go as planned:

😐 Had to cancel a fun girls weekend I was hosting for my cousins and aunts.
😐 For the first time in 7 years, I had to postpone my chemo infusion by a week. I was also really looking forward to a psychology appointment during my infusion.
😐 I haven't been able to stay as active as I'm used to.

I'm allowing myself the space to feel all these hard feelings, but it's not easy.

Here's what I am doing to get back on track:
✅️ Journaling to acknowledge how I feel and why
✅️ Getting myself moving again, but not over- doing it
✅️ Reaching out to my friends to help me through it
✅️ Listening to great podcasts and reading a great book
✅️ REST

I'm holding onto the saying, "In Like a Lion, out like a lamb" --- I'm having faith that the end of November will be much better than how it started!

About Me

I used to think living a balanced life was an unattainable concept. I found myself overwhelmed, always anxious, and envious of others that seemed to be able to juggle it all. I kept searching for what I thought would bring me happiness.

It was a cycle I found myself in, time and time again…that is until I found a system that works. I learned the tools I needed to heal and grow. Now, despite living with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer, I am thriving and growing in all areas of my life.

Best of all, I get to help other women do the same in their lives.  It's your time: let me help you clear the chaos in your life, so that you can find joy, make memories, and notice everyday miracles.
