Wingin’ It?
Are you "Wingin' It" through life?

I know I used to be. I let life happen to me. I was on a hamster wheel and felt stuck in many areas of life. It felt like I didn't have control. 

Sure there are lots of things in life we can't control, but there are also many, many ways we can improve our lives.

It's as simple as being intentional about drinking more water each day. 
Or moving your body each day, even if it's just a few minutes. 
Maybe it’s taking time daily to sit quietly to read.

A few years ago, I learned about Oola. The more I learned, the more I wanted to dig in to understand the concepts and framework of living life in this way. On my journey, I became a Certified Life Coach through Oola. One key concept I learned, was that we are all trying to balance our life in 7 areas. It's not easy, especially in today's culture. 

I invite you to look at the 7 areas and set an intention in one area for how you'd like to take action forward this week. 

I accomplished some huge goals this past year that I've shared. What you didn't see, was the hard work I put in the past 4 years (since learning about Oola). I did a TON of hard work to heal. I did a TON of hard work to grow. I went through some very dark days of grief and loss. I continue to take action every day. Some days action to me means resting, crying, or journaling.
